Minor

Minor Inspection Visit (Once Per Year)

• • Check battery condition
• • Inspect electronic connections
• • Check operation of battery charging equipment
• • Inspect exhaust system
• • Check flex connections and mounting points
• • Inspect and adjust fan belts
• • Check coolant level
• • Repair minor leaks (loose fittings only)
• • Check operation of fans, pumps, and louvers
• • Operate generator and verify voltage/frequency
• • Verify automatic start/stop operation
• • Check safety shutdowns
• • Load test generator & inspect transfer switch (with permission)
• • Check operation of block heater or carburetor heater (if equipped)
• • Inspect day tank and pump control (if equipped)
• • Clean debris in and around unit
• • Clean exterior of generator enclosure
• • Review system operation with customer

Major

Major Annual Service Visit (Once Per Year)

Includes all Minor Inspection items, plus:

• • Replace air filter
• • Change engine oil
• • Replace oil filter
• • Replace spark plugs (per required hours/manufacturer specs)
