Professional Generator Service

Stormpower Generators provides expert diagnostic and repair services for standby generators. Service visits are focused on restoring proper operation, reliability, and safety.

  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Generator no‑start and shutdown conditions
  • Battery charging and control system faults
  • Transfer switch diagnostics
  • Fuel, cooling, and exhaust‑related issues
  • Operational performance and load concerns

Standard Service Call

  • $195 service call includes drive time, diagnostic, and up to one (1) hour on site
  • Additional labor billed at $150 per hour
  • Applies to non‑maintenance‑agreement customers

Parts and materials are not included in the service call and are billed separately.

Maintenance Agreement Customers

  • Reduced service labor rate of $135 per hour for non‑included work
  • Priority scheduling during normal operating conditions
  • Minor and Major annual maintenance visits per agreement terms

Parts, materials, and corrective repairs outside the scope of the agreement are billed separately. Additional labor is subject to agreement service rates.
