Professional Generator Service

Stormpower Generators provides expert diagnostic and repair services for standby generator systems. Each service visit is focused on restoring proper operation, reliability, and safety. If a repair requires additional time or parts, we will review the scope with you before proceeding, allowing you to make an informed decision.

  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Generator no‑start and shutdown conditions
  • Battery charging and control system faults
  • Transfer switch diagnostics
  • Fuel, cooling, and exhaust‑related issues
  • Operational performance and load concerns

Standard Service Call

  • Includes drive time, diagnostic, and up to one (1) hour on site
  • Additional labor billed at reduced rate
  • Applies to non‑maintenance‑agreement customers

Parts and materials are not included in the service call and are billed separately.

Maintenance Agreement Customers

  • Includes drive time, diagnostic, and up to one (1) hour on site
  • Service labor rate for non‑included work reduced below standard rate
  • Priority over standard service call during normal and storm conditions
  • Receive preferred pricing on parts and materials not included in agreement

Parts, materials, and corrective repairs outside the scope of the agreement are billed separately.

Storm & After-Hours Service Policy

This policy defines labor rates, priorities, and expectations during after-hours service and storm or widespread outage conditions.

Standard After-Hours Service

Applies before 7:00 AM, after 5:00 PM weekdays, anytime weekends and holidays.

  • Non-agreement customers: (2-hour minimum)
  • Maintenance Agreement customers: Discounted rate per agreement (2-hour minimum)

Storm & Widespread Outage Conditions

Applies during hurricanes, named storms, widespread outages, travel restrictions, or emergency declarations. For safety and access reasons, service availability and response times may be limited or adjusted under these conditions.

  • Non-agreement customers: (2-hour minimum)
  • Maintenance Agreement customers: Discounted rate per agreement (2-hour minimum)
